Fiio FH3 In-Ear Monitors

Sale price$119.99

The Fiio FH3 is a modern classic hybrid: one 10 mm beryllium plated dynamic driver plus two Knowles armatures per side, in a CNC machined aluminum magnesium shell that undercuts most rivals. Years after launch it remains a benchmark recommendation in its class.

Type and Technology

The beryllium plated 10 mm woofer breathes through Fiio's patented S.Turbo turbine tube, a 41.5 mm spiral that acts as a physical low pass filter for deeper, cleaner bass. A Knowles ED30262 armature carries the mids and a RAD33518 sits near the nozzle for treble, tied together by a combined physical and electronic three way crossover with balanced pressure relief venting.

Sound Character

The long standing consensus: warm balanced with a gentle V, punchy fast well extended bass, smooth natural mids, and polite but detailed treble. An easy listening all rounder whose technicalities still hold up in its class.

Build and Comfort

The aerospace grade aluminum magnesium shells are 5 axis CNC machined with a water ripple faceplate and weigh just 7.3 g per side. The silver plated monocrystalline copper cable (four strands of 96 wires) connects over expanded MMCX with a gold plated 3.5 mm plug, and MMCX makes it a natural match for the Fiio UTWS5 Bluetooth Amplifier.

Best For
