Shipping policy

Free shipping threshold
All orders $250 or more ship free within the continental United States.

Domestic shipping (USA)
Headphones, amplifiers, DACs, streamers, turntables, and other source equipment ship via UPS 2nd Day Air. Smaller accessories and cables ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, depending on size and value. 

White-glove service
On items over $10,000 (flagship amplifiers, reference turntables, statement speakers), we coordinate insured freight, signature required, and direct hand-off with you on delivery. 

International shipping
We ship worldwide via UPS Worldwide Express or DHL Express with tracking. International shipping is quoted at checkout based on weight, dimensional volume, and destination. The customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country.

Pre-order and backorder items
Many of the boutique and made-to-order products we carry; including SW1X, Voxativ, Spirit Torino, Wolf Von Langa, Fern and Roby, Kuzma, MASS-Kobo, and certain Chord, Audeze, and HiFiMan flagships, are built to order. Typical lead times range from 2 to 12 weeks depending on the manufacturer. Expected lead time is shown on each product page where applicable. If the actual lead time changes after you order, we will email you with the updated estimate.

Authorized dealer guarantee
Every product we ship is brand-new in factory-sealed packaging from an authorized distribution channel, including the full manufacturer warranty. We never sell gray-market or refurbished gear unless the listing explicitly states "Demo Unit," "Open Box," or "Pre-Owned."

Order tracking
You will receive an automated email with a tracking number as soon as your label is generated. 

Shipping damage
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If you see external damage to the box, photograph it before opening and contact us at info@mimic-audio.com within 48 hours. 

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Reshipping costs caused by undeliverable or returned-to-sender packages are the customer's responsibility.
