Do you price match?
Yes. If you find a lower published price at any authorized US retailer, let us know and we'll match it.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Headphones and source equipment can be returned within 30 days of delivery in like-new condition with all original packaging and accessories — just email us at info@mimic-audio.com first to start the return and we'll send you a label. Cables and custom/special-order items can't be returned, but they carry a lifetime repair warranty. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally at a substantially subsidized rate for you. That said, tariffs, VAT, and other fees are not included in the shipping price.

Our Garage Sale features open-box items, customer trade-ins, demo units, and dead stock in 9/10 or better condition unless otherwise noted — all at significant discounts. Garage Sale items are sold as-is and are Final Sale (non-returnable), but every unit is tested and accurately described before listing.
