Campfire Audio Andromeda 10

The Andromeda 10 is Campfire Audio's tenth-anniversary evolution of the original Andromeda: a 10-driver balanced armature in-ear monitor built on a four-low / four-mid / two-high configuration, a new mid-driver assembly (NEMC), a TAEC high-frequency chamber, and a hybrid ceramic / vintage capacitor crossover. It is also the first Campfire IEM to use a 2-pin connector at the earphone side. Hand-built in Portland, Oregon.

Type and Technology

Universal-fit balanced armature IEM. Ten balanced armatures per side, divided into four low, four mid, and two high. Proprietary New Energized Mid-driver Chamber (NEMC) assembly and Tuned Acoustic Expansion Chamber (TAEC) for high-frequency extension. Hybrid ceramic / vintage capacitor crossover network. Detachable 2-pin (0.78 mm) cable interface. Time Link modular cable system with swappable 3.5mm single-ended, 4.4mm balanced, and USB-C DAC terminations.

Sound Character

A mature, balanced tuning that builds on the original Andromeda's reputation rather than replacing it. The 10-driver array delivers strong detail retrieval and fast transient response across the band while preserving note weight and a subtle low-end warmth. Stage is wide and well-organized; treble is extended without harshness. Suits acoustic, vocal, and large-scale orchestral material where micro-detail and timbral accuracy matter.

Build and Comfort

Hand-machined CNC aluminum housing in the classic Andromeda Green anodized finish, with stainless steel hardware and nozzle. Compact universal shell shape based on the original Andromeda profile, giving a deep secure seal with the included tips. Each pair is assembled, tuned, and tested by hand at the workshop in Portland, Oregon.
