The TEAC UD-701N is an advanced all-around DAC and network player, built around TEAC's newly developed proprietary Delta Sigma discrete DAC rather than a generic DAC IC, with FPGA-controlled digital processing, comprehensive digital connectivity, and a fully balanced dual-mono analog output stage. The core component of a complete TEAC Reference 700 system.

I2S input for connection to TEAC VRDS-701T. USB-A for storage devices and charging. Balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA outputs. DSD11.2MHz (DSD256) and PCM 32-bit/768kHz support via USB. Pairs perfectly with the TEAC VRDS-701T CD transport via I2S for DSD512/PCM384 playback.
