The Ricable Magnus Power MKII is the shielded AC power cable in the Magnus series. The MKII update adds a second aluminum/Mylar shield beneath the copper braid for improved mains interference rejection, bringing design principles from the larger Dedalus and Invictus power cables into the Magnus tier. Handmade in Oleggio, Italy, with a lifetime warranty.

Type and Technology

AC power cable using 7N MARC (Multicore Annealed Ricable Conductor) copper, with three twisted conductors of 4.3 mm² each (roughly 11 AWG). Double shielding in the MKII revision combines an aluminum/Mylar wrap with an OFC copper braid for comprehensive mains EMI/RFI rejection.

Build and Connectivity

Terminated with one-piece copper-alloy IEC and mains connectors, 24K gold-plated by a gold/copper electrolysis process. A flexible outer sheath with a protective braid completes the build. Handmade in Oleggio, Italy.

Fit and Compatibility

Fits hi-fi components using a standard IEC inlet. Regional mains plug is supplied to match the market. Available in multiple lengths.
