Pure R2R DAC Architecture:-
The QULOOS MUB5 employs a 19+5 segmented R2R DAC design incorporating 178 precision-matched resistors with a tolerance of 0.01%. This carefully engineered R2R configuration ensures detailed, high-resolution audio processing and produces a rich, musical sound with exceptional accuracy and pristine high-fidelity performance.
Customize Your Sound With Two Filter Options:-
The QULOOS MUB5 offers two filter settings: custom Oversampling (OS) and No-Oversampling (NOS/M1). The OS mode produces an accurate, wide, and detailed sonic response, while the NOS mode delivers a more laid-back sound character. In NOS mode, the MUB5 reproduces the audio exactly as recorded, without adding any coloration.
Fully Discrete High-Power Amplification:-
The QULOOS MUB5 features a fully discrete headphone amplification stage utilizing FZT power transistors alongside OPA627 chips in the buffer section. It delivers a robust output power of up to 1.5W on battery and up to 2.5W per channel when powered via 12V DC input.
