The Kiwi Ears Orchestra Lite distills the brand's all balanced armature flagship formula into a lighter, more efficient package. Eight custom armatures per side deliver studio monitor neutrality in a colorful handcrafted resin shell.

Type and Technology

Each earpiece runs two Knowles subwoofer armatures for the lows, four custom midrange armatures, and two custom ultra tweeters, managed by a three way passive crossover. The custom drivers were co developed with their manufacturers for higher efficiency than the original Orchestra, so the Lite is easier to drive.

Sound Character

The target is a professional monitor: a focused sub-bass lift of about 8dB below 200Hz, mids held within 1dB from 200 to 800Hz, and a 7dB presence peak at 2.5kHz with slow decay to 10kHz. In practice that means neutral, detailed, and honest without treble glare.

Build and Comfort

The medical grade resin shells are handcrafted and light, available in five finishes. A four core 7N oxygen free copper cable detaches at 0.78mm 2-pin connectors and terminates in 3.5mm. At 16 ohms and 112dB sensitivity it runs easily from phones and dongles.
