Type and Technology

The Cadenza is a wired in ear monitor built around a single 10mm dynamic driver with a beryllium coated diaphragm. Beryllium is prized for its stiffness at very low weight, which lets the driver respond quickly and keeps distortion low. The acoustic chambers are 3D printed to tight tolerances, and the detachable 0.78mm 2-pin cable makes replacements and upgrades simple.

Sound Character

Kiwi Ears tuned the Cadenza for balance rather than fireworks. Bass is present and well textured without bleeding into the midrange, vocals sit slightly forward and sound rich, and the treble stays smooth and fatigue free while keeping good detail. It is an easy set to listen to for hours and it flatters nearly every genre.

Build and Comfort

Each shell is 3D printed from medical grade resin with a hand finished faceplate, offered here in Blue, Green, Purple and Red. The compact rounded shape disappears in the ear, and the braided copper cable is soft and tangle resistant.
