Fiio FD11 In-Ear Monitors

Sale price$39.99

The Fiio FD11 brings Fiio's serious driver engineering down to an entry price. A 10 mm carbon based dynamic driver sits in a polished zinc alloy shell shaped like a conch, and the cable detaches on standard 0.78 mm 2 pin connectors, still a rarity in this class.

Type and Technology

The single 10 mm dynamic driver uses a carbon based diaphragm, the same material family found in Fiio's FF5 and FH15, driven by asymmetric internal and external magnetic circuits with N52 magnets in a dual cavity housing. A C shaped acoustic flute channel controls bass resonance for a cleaner low end. A separate FD11 TC version adds a USB C cable with an onboard DSP for phones and laptops.

Sound Character

Tuning follows Fiio's mild V shape: deep punchy bass, smooth easygoing mids, and a touch of extra energy up top for clarity. Reviewers repeatedly call it a standout value, with refinement that feels borrowed from pricier models.

Build and Comfort

The shells are liquid die cast zinc alloy, polished and electroplated, with an ergonomic Bionic Conch shape that locks in comfortably at about 10 g per earpiece. The 120 wire oxygen free copper cable terminates in a gold plated 3.5 mm plug.
