Ferrum Hypsos Dual Output

The Ferrum HYPSOS Dual Output is a hybrid linear/switching power supply that Ferrum describes as an audio component in its own right, providing clean, precisely regulated DC power to two components simultaneously, with Sweet Spot Tuning voltage adjustment, 4-Terminal Sensing, and software control features that go well beyond a conventional audiophile linear supply. Made in Poland.

Type and Technology

Dual output hybrid power supply. Linear/switching hybrid design. Two simultaneous DC outputs, combined 60W continuous output at up to 6A total. Wide continuous output voltage range of 5-30V with Sweet Spot Tuning (SST) for fine-tuning voltage to optimize sound. 4-Terminal Sensing Design (4TSD) on the main output. Overvoltage, current limit, and short circuit protection. Auto-switching mains: 100-120V and 220-240V. Made in Poland.

System Integration

The HYPSOS Dual Output connects to the Ferrum OOR and Ferrum Wandla 2.0 via the proprietary FPL cable, providing dedicated linear power to both components simultaneously from a single HYPSOS unit. This is the primary recommended upgrade for any Ferrum system owner. Also compatible with the Ferrum ERCO Gen 2 via FPL.
