Recommended Energizers

The SR-X9000 demands the best energizers to reach its ceiling. STAX's own SRM-T8000 and SRM-700S are the definitive pairings. For a warmer, more musical character, the SRM-700T offers 6SN7 tube character at a step below the T8000.

Sound Character

The most transparent, extended, and spatially resolved electrostatic STAX has produced. Even lower noise floor than the SR-009S, more natural and extended treble, midrange of extraordinary transparency and tonal accuracy.
