Cardas Parsec Interconnects

Sale price$310.00

Length: .5 M
Termination: Cardas GRMO RCA

The Cardas Parsec Interconnects are the runaway favorite for best value in the Cardas analog lineup, neutral with a hint of warmth on top, very transparent for the price, with an excellent blend of warm midrange and extended bass and treble that performs well above the price tier. Hand-built in Bandon, Oregon.

Type and Technology

Analog interconnect, shielded twisted-pair geometry. Kevlar core with Grade 1, 99.9999% pure oxygen-free copper, SPN clear-coated Litz construction, gauge sizes scaled to Golden Ratio proportions. Braided cross-field layer geometry insulated in FEP tape-wrapped jacket. Poly-e air-tubes bound with carbon-impregnated FEP tape wrap. Outer-layer compressed poly-e air-tubes suspend the tin-plated copper braided shield and outer extruded Alcryn rubber jacket away from the conductors.

Sound Character

Neutral overall balance with a slight upper-frequency warmth that adds musical engagement. Notably transparent for the price tier, with a warm midrange that ties the presentation together and an extended bass and treble response that retains detail. The cable that consistently surprises people with how much performance it delivers at its price.

Build and Connectivity

Standard terminations: Cardas GRMO single-ended or Neutrik XLR balanced. Hand-built in Bandon, Oregon.

Best For

Audiophiles building a system on a working budget who want Cardas character, and listeners looking for the most musical interconnect available without entering Clear-series pricing.
